A well respected business strategist and founder of Fairweathers, Ann is responsible for strategic direction, recruitment and training, banking and accounting decisions, legislation and compliance issues and Corporate Social Responsibility policy.
Ann is a philanthropist who is an official Adviser to APPGA at the Houses of Parliament. Her work on accessibility helps inform the Royal Collection, English Heritage, the Church of England and other regional and national bodies.
Ann’s work on autism was sought by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and forms part of a wider consultation document with them, and she is part of the British Standards Institute revision group for neurodiversity, looking at accessible buildings design.
