Fisher Wrathall Surveyors, a progressive and well-respected independent surveying business, is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Surveyor to join our team. Located in the heart of Lancaster, we offer comprehensive services across Lancashire and Cumbria.

‍What We Are Looking For:

‍· Minimum ASSOC RICS qualification.
· Registered Valuer status, or commitment to achieving it.
· At least 12 months of relevant experience is preferred.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong drive and ambition to succeed.
· Excellent market knowledge and commercial awareness.
· Superior report writing and communication skills.
· Proven ability to generate new instructions and expand our client base.

As a Commercial Valuation Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert valuation advice, producing Red Book valuation reports, and building strong professional relationships with clients and contacts. You will be supported by our FRICS & Company Director, who brings many years of valuation experience, and our team of residential building surveyors.

‍Key Responsibilities

‍Adhering to internal processes, lender requirements, and RICS regulations.Providing expert advice on capital and rental values to clients.Producing Red Book valuation reports.Conducting secured lending commercial valuation reports (Red Book).Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contacts through effective networking.

‍What We’re Looking For

‍We are seeking a candidate who meets the following criteria:

‍Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property valuation is essential.

‍Qualifications:

RICS Qualified or currently undertaking RICS qualifications.
